Cancellation Policy
Block booking classes/ courses: Course must be booked & paid in full with T&C's accepted before attending sessions. Individual sessions within the block bookings are non-refundable & non-transferrable if unable to attend. Cancellation policy for treatment services/ Personal Training & Coaching : Cancellations 48 hours before booking time require 50% of payment and cancellations less than 24 hours notice would incur full service cost.
