The warmth can make the treatment feel especially soothing, helping you unwind while allowing the massage to work comfortably into tight or tired muscles. Your treatment can be tailored towards relaxation, recovery or a combination of both, depending on what you need on the day.
Cancellation Policy
Block booking classes/ courses: Course must be booked & paid in full with T&C's accepted before attending sessions. Individual sessions within the block bookings are non-refundable & non-transferrable if unable to attend. Cancellation policy for treatment services/ Personal Training & Coaching : Cancellations 48 hours before booking time require 50% of payment and cancellations less than 24 hours notice would incur full service cost.
