My Story...
Certified Fitness Trainer, Menopause Coach & Sports Massage Therapist
My own fitness journey started after having my children, when I joined my local gym in Sheringham and rediscovered how much movement could support both physical and mental wellbeing.
What began as a way of getting back into exercise gradually became a career. I started working at the gym, qualified as a Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer, and later added Sports Massage Therapy to my qualifications.
Over the years, my work has grown alongside my own life experience. I now support clients through personal training, online coaching, massage and wellbeing treatments, with a particular focus on helping women through perimenopause, menopause and beyond.
My approach is practical, supportive and realistic. I don’t believe fitness has to be extreme to be effective - it just needs to work for you.
I want the people I work with to feel stronger, more confident and better supported in looking after their health and wellbeing.
My Vision...
My aim is to help people feel stronger, move well and feel more confident in their bodies.
I believe health and fitness should support everyday life, not take it over. Whether through strength training, movement, massage or wellbeing support, I want to help people feel capable, informed and looked after.
For me, it’s not about perfection or quick fixes. It’s about building realistic habits, creating confidence and finding an approach that can be maintained long term.
Feel Strong. Move Well. Live Fully.
